Brickwater Las Vegas Condos

The South Strip of Las Vegas Boulevard is becoming a vibrant, dynamic

The range is approximately  between $280,170 and $511,500 for first phase pricing. Brickwater Las Vegas will offer 11 different floor plans in varied configurations for one, two and three bedrooms.

Interior amenities include: 10’ ceilings; 8’ doors; 8’ high windows with the tops aligned with the doorways; 12” wood baseboards; and 2” faux wood blinds. Kitchens will feature flat-panel stained wood cabinets; granite slab countertops and backsplash; stainless steel appliances with gas stove top and range; microwaves and ventilation hoods; and stainless steel sinks. Bathrooms will feature: 16” by 16” slate tile floor; flat panel, stained wood cabinets; granite slab countertops and backsplash; brushed stainless plumbing fixtures; garden tub with slate tile surroundings; separate glass enclosed showers with slate tile surroundings.
